More than a workout. Group Fitness in Studio 1 provides a fitness experience like no other. Join the community… get fit, lose weight and make yourself better and more capable. All classes included with your membership. Just show up.

CROSSFIT

Functional Training, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting and Gymnastics, all included. Technique, safety and in intensity are the main focuses here. If you want the body of an athlete, train like an athlete. All the results you will achieve are only secondary to the community of friends you will join.

YOGA

With a multitude of class options ranging from light mobility to advanced power, kids options (seasonal) to senior yoga, Studio4 Yoga at LifeTime has something for everyone. Our RedHot Yoga is our most popular and is taught in a heated room of up to 90°-100° under infrared lighting. The heat is unique and unlike the heat you may feel in other hot yoga studios. We offer many different styles: Original, Flow, Sculpt, Power, and more styles are always being developed. Studio4 itself has to be seen to be appreciated. It's a gorgeous blend of colors with rock accents and cork flooring. Come try out a class!

JIU JITSU

The “gentle art” of Jiu Jitsu is predominantly a ground based martial art. Learn the principals of leverage, pressure and timing to achieve non-violent submissions. Exercise your body and your mind with a system of self defense that builds confidence and character. Professor David Vidal offers Casper’s only Black Belt source of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Experience the empowerment, camaraderie and fun that BJJ has to offer.

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900's. We utilize the specialized equipment he designed for all ages and body types, improving flexibility, building strength, developing control and endurance all without strain on the joints. Pilates promotes new neuromuscular patterns, heightened body awareness, and improves coordination and balance. Combined, all these things help to strengthen, prevent injury and improve overall well being.

Pilates is also proven successful as adjunct training for professional athletes, physical rehabilitation and seniors. Due to the unique equipment design of using springs for resistance and/or support, the intensity can be adjusted over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercise.

25 yd salt water lap pool. 90 degree salt water therapy/aerobics pool. 3 salt water jacuzzis. All classes included with your membership including water volleyball and senior aqua aerobics classes.
