Hana received her teacher training in SLC at Centered City Yoga. It was 1,000 hr. training and one of the most fun/challenging experiences in her life. She has loved and practiced yoga since she was 12 but really became active during college. She feels that the practice of yoga is a wonderful way that others can come to realize their personal potential as well as see life for the wonderful adventure it is. Hana believes one can grow emotionally, physically, socially, spiritually, and intellectually as they let yoga become part of their everyday life. She became an instructor with goals to help others accomplish this holistic health and start living life to its full potential! Hana absolutely loves teaching and practicing yoga because it is a wonderful way she can get in touch with herself as well as see the change it brings about in others.
My favorite yoga pose is Dancer or Crescent Lunge - they are both great heart openers and ways to express the power of intention.
My favorite animal is the elephant - as a symbol of strength, the elephant inspires us to be strong and patient at the same time. The elephant does not rely on speed, because it does not require it; it relies on conscious thought and patience to meet all its needs.
I am a Wyoming girl. I was born here in Casper and have 3 amazing sisters (all avid yoginis).
I have been a member and employee of LifeTime Health & Fitness since they opened their doors in 1997. I have worked the font desk, was in the membership sales office for a short time and also taught a variety of aerobic classes. My older sister, Anna, took me to my first hot yoga class in Colorado in 2009, so when RedHot was established at LifeTime I immediately jumped on board. I started teaching classes in 2010, and was certified through CorePower in Colorado that same year.
I am currently in Nursing School, and just completed my certification for Acudetox Ear Acupuncture.
When I am not practicing yoga or in school I am playing with my beautiful son Anthony (who I am sure many of you know or have seen hopping around the yoga studio).

Sara has been fortunate enough to instruct in Lifetime’s yoga family since 2011. She has been a lover of energizing yoga flow for over a decade, with a main first interest in the physical benefits. Recently her love of the practice has evolved into a deeper appreciation of the transformative healing power of yoga. Sara’s classes focus on the connection of breath, movement, and mindfulness to inspire joy and awareness both on and off the mat. Her initial foundation was through CorePower Yoga, and she completed her 200 hour certification with Blossom Yoga in May 2013. Sara also has a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Wyoming. A middle school counselor by day, Sara’s interest in mental-physical-emotional balance is woven into her playful instruction to encourage both the young and young at heart.
Favorite Holiday: Christmas! I love the lights, the snow, the smell of pine trees, and getting to see all of my friends and family at Christmas parties!

Favorite Book: Fugitive Pieces by Anne Michaels (And Harry Potter, of course)
Jessica completed her 200 hour certification in 2012 at the Shoshoni Yoga Retreat about 40 miles outside of Boulder, CO (way up in the mountains). It was a three-week intensive training that truly opened her eyes to how wonderful a dedicated a practice could be. No cell service, no Internet, just studying poses, flows, and philosophy for ten hours a day. She has been practicing yoga since 2007 where she took her first class in Casper. From there, she moved to Laramie and began to understand how life-changing yoga can be. It was from a teacher there that she decided she wanted to teacher herself. After teaching here for years Jess loves having the opportunity to share her favorite parts of yoga with others.

Tracy has been teaching yoga since 2012. She completed a 200 hour teacher training in May 2015 from Blossom Yoga in Laramie, WY. In this training she focused on alignment based Vinyasa flow, but also received training in yin and yoga nidra. Her teaching style is a slower flow to insure that students can practice while being present in their body and their breath.
"I first came to my mat in 2012 not knowing what to expect. I was in a very transitional point in my life and a friend of mine recommended I try yoga to help guide me through it. After my first class I was hooked, but I didn’t really know how doing a physical asana practice was going to help give my life direction. I kept coming back to my mat, day after day, and gradually my life began to shift. Life was coming more into balance, and even though I didn’t know it at the time, I began to incorporate the Yamas and Niyamas into how I approached myself and the world around me."
Her favorite saying: “Be kind to yourself; nobody needs you right now but you.”
Her favorite food: anything that has a lot of natural color (that you can put in a salad)
She loves to long-distance run, fly-fish, read, cook (Italian of course), camp, hike and spend time with her two goofy Springer Spaniel Dogs.

Sara has been coming to Lifetime since she was 17 years old and teaching yoga here intermittently since 2012. She received her first 200-hour yoga certificate through Teton Yoga Shala in Jackson, Wyoming and received her second certificate from Maya Yoga on Maui under the training of Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini. She has attended countless yoga, nutrition, body awareness, and meditation workshops and intensives all around the country.
Sara was born and raised in Casper. Throughout her childhood and teenage years she competed in dance and gymnastics, winning several state titles in gymnastics. In her last year of gymnastics she competed in the Level 8 Regional’s in Oklahoma.
After her career as a gymnast ended, Sara became a self-proclaimed “gym-rat” to fill her need for athletics and soon began the sport of CrossFit. This began a search for how to train and use the human body in ways that support optimal, functional movement and mobility and break the social norms of training and health. Along with her yoga certifications she is Level 1 CrossFit Certified and Mobility WOD certified.
No one was surprised as Sara herself when she took up yoga and perused a teacher training after a year or so of classes. Vowing to never “ become one of those yoga people”. Now she is very proud to be “one of those yoga people” and guide others on how to embrace that inner yogi and health nut.
She is now currently pursing studies in Vibrational Healing and Holistic Nutrition Therapy while teaching yoga online and in person. She is passionate about holistic, whole mind-body healing and health and excited to bring alternative and ancient health and healing practices, like yoga and meditation, to the Casper people.
