Samantha started her career in health and fitness in 2013 when she began group fitness instructing at the University of Wyoming. After a single semester of teaching high intensity classes, she fell in love and wanted to make an even bigger and more personal impact so she began personal training. Samantha graduated with her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming in 2016. While attending school she had the opportunity to study strength and conditioning intently, but also put a strong focus on rehabilitation and functional movement. Samantha holds multiple certifications including ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Functional Movement Specialist. Samantha believes in finding the balance between shaping your body through bodybuilding, increasing your fitness level with HIIT, staying healthy through functional training, and fueling your body with proper nutrition. Samantha’s friendly and outgoing demeanor makers her a great match for any client, however she specializes in women’s health and older adult.
