CAM

Cam Huber is a Casper native who graduated from NCHS in 2014. Cam went on to attend the University of Northern Colorado where he played Division I baseball and graduated with his Bachelors of Science Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. In 2016 Cam completed his Level I CrossFit certification and began working with people from all walks of life to better their health and increase their quality of life. His athletic experience at the Division I level has given him the tools to work with athletes of all ages who strive to take their career to the next level. Cam prioritizes quality movement, nutrition, and evidence based training to get the best results for his clients!

CAYL

Cayl is a Casper native with a love for working with people, and a passion for health and fitness. Cayl enjoys spending time with his friends and family, hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. He has a long history of consulting and working with others to help them achieve their fitness goals.  Cayl played golf for Eastern Wyoming College, and participated in a collegiate level training program for golf and basketball.  He loves sports, and while he specializes in sports performance, his vast knowledge and experience allows him to help individuals with a variety of fitness goals from weight loss to building muscle. Cayl also has a passion for working with youth and elderly. His friendly and determined demeanor makes him easy to work with while keeping accountability.

JEFF

Being in the personal training and fitness industry for over 25 years Jeff has helped thousands of clients reach their health and fitness goals.  In addition to acquiring a degree in Exercise Physiology from Montana State, he has a wealth of other accomplishments. Jeff is a Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, National Qualifying Bodybuilding and Power Lifting Champion, creator of  Peak Performance Sports Training program, USGTF Certified Golf Teaching Professional and TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor and Official trainer for the Mrs. Wyoming Pageant.  In addition, Jeff created the Right Weigh weight management program, and has helped Casper residents lose over 60,000 lbs.  Jeff has been published in Live Well Magazine and has hosted 3 fitness television shows. JENNIFER

Jennifer Chadderdon is ACE Certified and has been personal training for more than ten years.   Jen loves working with clients who are interested in sport specific training as well as women who are looking to develop a strength-training program and are motivated to make a difference.  She enjoys helping people implement healthy lifestyle changes,   which include learning about new activities, nutritional plans and family support.  She works with younger clients, 13 years of age and older, who need sport specific training as well as teaching them about safety and improving their self-esteem.

JUSTIN P.

Justin is a Casper native who is usually found somewhere in the gym. He has always been active and participated in a variety of sports. Justin became very serious about fitness in 2012 and decided he would read and research everything he could about the subject. While working in the oil field he earned his personal training certification through ISSA. He has had success with both male and female clients and is continuously looking to further his fitness education and knowledge. Justin is interested in training in all domains of fitness, but specializes in strength and conditioning, and weight loss.

JUSTIN T.

Justin is a highly motivated fitness enthusiast that enjoys all aspects of health and fitness. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado and a minor in coaching. He became an ISSA Certified fitness trainer in 2008, and has been steadily training ever since. Justin enjoys working with all types of clients, with all types of goals including fat loss, muscle building and functional fitness. He is exceptional at training Junior High and High School students who wish to excel at sports. His experience playing and officiating football, basketball, baseball and college rugby make him a fantastic trainer for those with goals in athletics.

KATIE M.

Katie has been an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer since 2012 and received her NASM Nutrition Certification in June of 2015.  She is a runner at heart and has participated in 7 marathons, 5 Mixed Martial Art bouts, 2 sprint triathlons, the Grand Teton Relay, competed in a NPC (bikini division competition), and multiple other fitness challenges that keep her active and healthy.  Throughout her personal fitness career, Katie has found enjoyment in educating others on how to reach their own health and fitness goals by making healthy living a lifestyle.  She has worked with a variety of clients on all fitness levels throughout her personal training career.  Katie believes that when people are healthy and active, their lives, in general, are much better.  Physical fitness is about what you are capable of and when you strengthen your body and mind, your capabilities increase.

KATIE T.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with just one step. Katie is a mother of 4 and knows just how important it is to feel good, and feel happy with how you look. Katie’s experience and passion lie primarily in strength training, building muscle to burn fat. She feels it is important for workouts to excite her clients, and also for them to realize what their body is capable of. Nutrition, along with a well-implemented fitness program, plays a large role in changing your physique. Katie is ready to help you reach your goals, one-by-one. Personal training excites Katie and she takes pride when you accomplish your goals.

LISA N.

Lisa has lived in Wyoming all her life.  After she and her husband attended the University of Wyoming, his career brought them to Casper in 2001. Lisa began working at LifeTime in 2004 and has been a part of the LifeTime team ever since.  Lisa started CrossFit in October of 2011 when she fell in love with the instant camaraderie and team atmosphere that CF provided. In February of 2013 she started coaching CrossFit Kids and found her true passion. Through the 10 components of fitness that CrossFit incorporates, Lisa has enjoyed watching kids grow more confident in their abilities, develop a love for fitness and learn the importance of its function early on in their lives.

LISA B.

Lisa was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado before leaving at the age of 17 to serve in the United States Marine Corps.  Having been a high school athlete and U.S Marine, Lisa developed a passion for health and fitness.  After the Marines, Lisa’s passion turned into a full-time job as a trainer and nutritionist.  One of her accomplishments was winning the overall at the Pro Card as an IFBB professional bodybuilder.  After retiring from competing professionally, Lisa moved to Casper from San Diego and studied Nursing.  Having received her ASN from Casper College and BSN from UW, Lisa is now a full-time RN at WMC. Lisa loves to help others achieve their fitness goals by combining her love of health and fitness with her knowledge of nursing and the human body.

LIZ

Liz is an ISSA certified personal trainer that has a passion for fitness and would like to share this passion with others who want to become a better, healthier, stronger version of themselves. She is a mother of 2 very active children in sports and when not spending time with her family, you can usually find her at the gym. As a personal trainer, Liz will strive to help each client establish and accomplish their fitness goals.

MARIAH

Mariah became a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA in 2015. She has been involved in athletics all of her life, playing volleyball and basketball competitively all through her youth. Even today, she continues to play in an adult volleyball league for fun. Mariah also has extensive experience as a yoga instructor, having taught classes here at LifeTime for more than four years. She is also very dedicated to CrossFit training and competes in CrossFit events throughout the region. In April of 2015, she earned her CrossFit Gymnastics Certification. If you choose to work with Mariah, you will find her to be compassionate, creative with workout design and committed to ensuring proper form and alignment.

MISSI

Missi Frank was born and raised in Eastern North Dakota. She attended the University of North Dakota and graduated with a BS Degree in Occupational Therapy and a minor in Psychology. She has lived and practiced OT in ND and SD, MT and WY. After staying home to raise 3 children, she chose to follow her passion for health & fitness and become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. Missi loves to see mature adults participate in fitness and wants to assist them on their journey. Her passion is to help those that think it’s too late to start pursuing health, or those that have been away from the gym and just don’t know where to start. Missi’s skills as an OT have enhanced her ability as a Personal Trainer to provide her clients with an effective yet safe way to exercise, enjoy fitness and get them on the path to health and wellness!

PATTY

Patty is a certified personal trainer, instructor and wellness coach. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and training clients, and holds numerous certifications in many different modalities.  One of her most recent achievements is her completion of the comprehensive certification through Peak Pilates, Mat and Apparatus training, which includes over 500 hours of Pilates Instructor Education.  Patty’s wealth of fitness knowledge and years of experienced training will give you the edge you need to obtain and maintain your fitness goals. She believes with proper nutrition, proper sleep and a fine-tuned individualized fitness regimen, anyone can succeed to become their personal best.  She enjoys working with clients of all walks of life, but primarily specializes in training females and persons of the aging population.

In the summer of 2014, Ty became an ISSA certified personal trainer. Ty's main focus is to create plans that change his clients' lifestyle and overall health. After losing 60 pounds, Ty experienced a healthy lifestyle discovery himself and became determined to help others. He is motivated to support his clientele on a personal level, and energize them to kick-start their journey to wellness. Ty's specialties include overall weight loss, building strength and endurance and diet assistance. Ty enjoys playing basketball and practicing jiu-jitsu in his spare time when not attending Casper College. Ty has a relaxed and friendly manner and enjoys the success of others as much as his own. Ty looks forward to working with a variety of clients, and his fresh perspective on fitness will inspire you to achieve your goals.

VELVET

Velvet has well over 7 years of Personal Training and Group Fitness experience.  Her favorite part about training is the opportunity to work with clients of all shapes, sizes and fitness abilities.  She loves the opportunity to help her clients achieve their fitness goals, and then see the pure joy in their faces when they realize how strong they’ve become. Velvet’s favorite piece of equipment is the TRX.  It is a versatile tool, one where someone who has restricted movement due to a double knee replacement or severe arthritis can now squat with more range and less discomfort. WILLOW

Willow has been ISSA certified since 2010. She specializes in creating training programs that will transform her clients' bodies. She is great at helping both men and women learn ways to eat that will help them see changes from their training more quickly. She incorporates non-conventional training tools such as kettlebells, ropes, functional movements and sandbags to get her clients results. If you are looking to lose body fat, put on more muscle or even feel more comfortable in a gym setting, Willow is excited to help!
