Lisa has lived in Wyoming all her life. After she and her husband attended the University of Wyoming, his career brought us to Casper in 2001. Lisa began working at LifeTime in 2004 and has been a part of the LifeTime/CrossFit307 team ever since. Lisa started CrossFit in October of 2011 when she fell in love with the instant camaraderie and team atmosphere that CF provided. In February of 2013 she started coaching CrossFit Kids and found her true passion. Through the 10 components of fitness that CrossFit incorporates, Lisa have enjoys watching kids grow more confident in their abilities, develop a love for fitness and learn the importance of its function early on in their lives.
Patty is a certified personal trainer with 26 years of experience and success in personal training and teaching group fitness classes, and holds numerous certifications for each. In January 2016, she earned her most recent certification and became a Level 2 certified Peak Pilates Instructor for both Mat and Apparatus. Patty has a deep passion for fitness and is eager to reach out and help clients of all walks of life achieve their fitness goals, and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle thereafter. Patty is a people person and will cheer you on to your personal victory. Whether it be discovering the wonderful benefits of reforming the body through Pilates, or making lasting lifestyle changes through personal fitness training and wellness coaching.
Jed participated in just about every sport in high school, and played football at the University of Wyoming. All of his life, Jed has been an active guy but he was chubby and just generally considered "the big funny guy". He ended up weighing 275 pounds by the age of 20. He woke up on August 1st of 2012, and decided that was it- he was tired of being overweight and unhealthy. He committed himself to losing weight and working out. He went from 275 pounds to 197 pounds in about 8 months and has developed a major passion for health and fitness while doing so. He then decided to become an ISSA certified personal trainer. His mission is to help other people change their lives the way he did. His biggest strength as a trainer is his ability to interact and become friends with just about anyone on the planet. He has serious heart and motivation that will certainly be contagious to any client who works with him.
Neil is incredibly hardworking, driven and dedicated to everything he does. This commitment will be evident to all of his clients. He earned his Personal Training Certification from NCSF in 2015, with the main goal of making a positive impact in the lives of those whom he trains. Neil's personal passion for fitness began at the age of 14 when he began riding broncs. He continued to ride bulls and broncs all throughout his high school and college career, earning a spot at the College National Finals Rodeo four years in a row. In addition to rodeo, he has a passion for wrestling, and competed on his high school wrestling team throughout school. If you are looking for a trainer to help with calisthenics, strength, or sports specific training, or need someone that will keep you accountable you will find Neil to be an excellent choice.
Jennifer Chadderdon is ACE Certified and has been personal training for more than ten years. Jen loves working with clients who are interested in sport specific training as well as women who are looking to develop a strength-training program and are motivated to make a difference. She enjoys helping people implement healthy lifestyle changes, which include learning about new activities, nutritional plans and family support. She works with younger clients, 13 years of age and older, who need sport specific training as well as teaching them about safety and improving their self-esteem.
Jenn Henderson is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor. She has a background in instructing kickboxing classes, cycling, aqua and toning classes and has been personal training since 2002. She has an Associates Degree in Fire Science and has worked towards her B.S. at the University of Wyoming in Exercise Physiology. She is currently employed as a firefighter for the Casper Fire Department and spends her free time teaching classes at LifeTime and competing on the Casper Firefighters Combat Challenge Team. Jenn is interested in working with all types of clients and can individualize programs based on the client’s needs and goals.
Justin is a highly motivated fitness enthusiast that enjoys all aspects of health and fitness. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado and a minor in coaching. He became an ISSA Certified fitness trainer in 2008, and has been steadily training ever since. Justin enjoys working with all types of clients, with all types of goals including fat loss, muscle building and functional fitness. He is exceptional at training Junior High and High School students who wish to excel at sports. His experience playing and officiating football, basketball, baseball and college rugby make him a fantastic trainer for those with goals in athletics.
Willow has been ISSA certified since 2010. She specializes in creating training programs that will transform her clients' bodies. She is great at helping both men and women learn ways to eat that will help them see changes from their training more quickly. She incorporates non-conventional training tools such as kettlebells, ropes, functional movements and sandbags to get her clients results. If you are looking to lose body fat, put on more muscle or even feel more comfortable in a gym setting, Willow is excited to help!
Mariah became a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA in 2015. She has been involved in athletics all of her life, playing volleyball and basketball competitively all through her youth. Even today, she continues to play in an adult volleyball league for fun. Mariah also has extensive experience as a yoga instructor, having taught classes here at LifeTime for more than four years. She is also very dedicated to CrossFit training and competes in CrossFit events throughout the region. In April of 2015, she earned her CrossFit Gymnastics Certification. If you choose to work with Mariah, you will find her to be compassionate, creative with workout design and committed to ensuring proper form and alignment.
In the summer of 2014, Ty became an ISSA certified personal trainer. Ty's main focus is to create plans that change his clients' lifetstyle and overall health. After losing 60 pounds, Ty experienced a healthy lifestyle discovery himself and became determined to help others. He is motivated to support his clientele on a personal level, and energize them to kick-start their journey to wellness. Ty's specialties include overall weight loss, building strength and endurance and diet assistance. Ty enjoys playing basketball and practicing jiu-jitsu in his spare time when not attending Casper College. Ty has a relaxed and friendly manner and enjoys the success of others as much as his own. Ty looks forward to working with a variety of clients, and his fresh perspective on fitness will inspire you to achieve your goals.
Katie has been an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer since 2012 and received her NASM Nutrition Certification in June of 2015. She is a runner at heart and has participated in 7 marathons, 5 Mixed Martial Art bouts, 2 sprint triathlons, the Grand Teton Relay, competed in a NPC (bikini division competition), and multiple other fitness challenges that keep her active and healthy. Throughout her personal fitness career, Katie has found enjoyment in educating others on how to reach their own health and fitness goals by making healthy living a lifestyle. She has worked with a variety of clients on all fitness levels throughout her personal training career. Katie believes that when people are healthy and active, their lives, in general, are much better. Physical fitness is about what you are capable of and when you strengthen your body and mind, your capabilities increase.
Justin is a Casper native who you can usually find somewhere in the gym. He has always been active and participated in a variety of sports. Justin became very serious about fitness in 2012 and decided he would read and research everything he could about the subject. While working in the oil field he earned his personal training certification through ISSA. Following his passion, Justin first got a job training at a local gym. He has had success with both male and female clients and is continuously looking to further his fitness education and knowledge. Justin is interested in training in all domains of fitness, but specializes in strength and conditioning, and weight loss.
Cayl is a Casper native with a love for working with people, and a passion for health and fitness. Cayl enjoys spending time with his friends and family, hunting, fishing and all things outdoors. He has a long history of consulting and working with others to help them achieve their fitness goals. Cayl played golf for Eastern Wyoming College, and participated in a collegiate level training program for golf and basketball. He loves sports, and while he specializes in sports performance, his vast knowledge and experience allows him to help individuals with a variety of fitness goals from weight loss to building muscle. Cayl also has a passion for working with youth and elderly. His friendly and determined demeanor makes him easy to work with while keeping accountability.
Liz has always had a goal of becoming a personal trainer. Liz is an ISSA certified personal trainer that has a passion for fitness and would like to share this passion with others who want to become a better, healthier, stronger version of themselves. Liz is a mother of 2 very active children in sports and when not spending time with her family, you can usually find her at the gym. As a personal trainer, Liz will strive to help each client establish and accomplish their fitness goals.
Samantha started her career in health and fitness in 2013 whenshe began group fitness instructing at the University of Wyoming. After a single semester of teaching high intensity classes, she fell in love and wanted to make an even bigger and more personal impact so she began personal training. Samantha graduated with her B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming in 2016. While attending school she had the opportunity to study strength and conditioning intently, but also put a strong focus on rehabilitation and functional movement. Samantha holds multiple certifications including ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and a Functional Movement Specialist. Samantha believes in finding the balance between shaping your body through bodybuilding, increasing your fitness level with HIIT, staying healthy through functional training, and fueling your body with proper nutrition. Samantha’s friendly and outgoing demeanor makers her a great match for any client, however she specializes in women’s health and older adult.
Andi Lynn has been coaching clients and teaching classes since 2010. Her passion and enthusiasm comes from her caring heart and from experiencing how exercise and nutrition impact so much more than just our physical health. She understands how it affects mental health, relationships, productivity, work, confidence, emotional resilience. Andi Lynn is especially good with women and young ladies who want to become strong, lean and capable. She specializes in teaching proper form for lifting, customizing programs, and teaching clients how to eat healthy in a way that is sustainable. Andi Lynn holds various certifications. NASM certified personal trainer, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga teacher (200 hour), TRX functional Training and Group Qualified, Precision Nutrition Certified Professional.
