LifeTime has made some important changes to our Guest Policy! Guests may now pay a day fee of $12 per day and may visit as many times as they want regardless of where they live! Additionally, a 6 punch pass may be purchased for $60. Thank you for sharing your LifeTime with your family and friends.

We have a winner! The myBUDDY program has come to a close and we've found our winners. There was a 6 way tie for 3rd place and the prize of a year membership was split evenly. Second place goes to Clark M. Clark will be spending a weekend in the fun city of Las Vegas. Don't play too hard Clark! Aaron H. won himself and a friend a trip to Mexico. When you see Aaron back with a nice tan, you'll know where he got it. Awesome job Aaron! Thanks to every one of our members that participated. This club would not be as special as it is without every one of you!

Welcome to our new group fitness instructors Becky Wheeler & Susan Kerns. Both have an extensive history in the fitness industry, and are incredibly well respected in our community. Becky is a nationally sponsored ultra-marathon runner who specializes in teaching spinning and high intensity strength training classes. Susan has been teaching group fitness in Casper for over 15 years. She brings an amazing amount of experience to LifeTime, with a background in step, spinning, toning and kickboxing.

Introducing - Over the Top!

This is a brand new class to LifeTime and we are so excited for it! You will alternate between spinning intervals and strength segments. Becky will keep your body guessing by using bands, hand weights, bosus and you own body weight in this diverse workout. If you are looking for variety and results, this is a class for you.

Mondays 9:15am-10:30am with Becky

Chisel is Back!

Chisel will return starting in February! Keep your heart rate elevated in this interval style class of muscular strength exercises intermixed with cardio segments. A variety of exercises and equipment will be used to tone muscle and burn fat. This class is great for people looking to get cardio and weights in one hour!

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30pm with Cherith

CrossFit Foundations Program: What is CrossFit?
More foundations! If you are interested in giving CrossFit a shot, here is your chance! If the posted Foundations Class times aren’t convenient for you, we do offer a one-on-one CrossFit training package for $99.

LifeTime Legend
Show up on Thursdays during WOD times to do Legends Skill work, or test for a Legends benchmark. A trainer will be available to help you with technique or time you for a test. Make-up WODs can also be completed during these classes.
Tues & Thurs - 6:15am & 6:30pm.

TFC3 The Team Fitness Challenge is back! The program has been such a success, we are doing it again. You will boost your self-confidence and transform your life in this 8 week course designed to put you in control of your lifestyle. Contestants will be placed on one of three teams led by LifeTime's toughest trainers. You will receive a complete workout regimen & diet plan along with 3 workouts per week with your trainer and team. There will be great PRIZES to the winners!

Olympic Lifting Class
Class will teach fundamentals of all Olympic lifts including front squat, back squat, deadlift, power clean, and power snatch. You will focus on proper progression and technique to help you to excel at power weight lifting. This is a beneficial class for anyone looking to improve their form, strength and power- from teens who are participating in sports, to body builders to CrossFitters wanting to develop skill and efficiency with the bar.
