Jed has been training at LifeTime since 2014. He played football at the University of Wyoming for a season but left due to injury. As a trainer, Jed specializes in athletic performance and weight loss. He has enjoyed success in training for weight loss, including multiple clients who lost over 50 pounds under his training and nutrition guidance. Jed has also had the opportunity to train many young athletes who went on to receive scholarships for college athletics (football, soccer, track), at the Division 1, 2, and NAIA level. He is currently in school finishing his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree, but will continue to train because it's his passion and he loves to see his clients reach their goals.
