Jed participated in just about every sport in high school, and played football at the University of Wyoming. All of his life, Jed has been an active guy but he was chubby and just generally considered "the big funny guy". He ended up weighing 275 pounds by the age of 20. He woke up on August 1st of 2012, and decided that was it- he was tired of being overweight and unhealthy. He committed himself to losing weight and working out. He went from 275 pounds to 197 pounds in about 8 months and has developed a major passion for health and fitness while doing so. He then decided to become an ISSA certified personal trainer. His mission is to help other people change their lives the way he did. His biggest strength as a trainer is his ability to interact and become friends with just about anyone on the planet. He has serious heart and motivation that will certainly be contagious to any client who works with him.
