Our thoughts are primed by the environment we live in. We aren't completely controlled by our environment, but our environment does contribute to how we think and interpret situations. We can choose to live in an environment that primes our thoughts to make us great. Our fitness journey is no different. Surrounding yourself with people who have similar goals of achievement will help you keep progressing toward your goals. Another thing to remember is that what you say and how you act are priming others' thoughts around you. If you choose to stay positive and motivated it will not only help you stay on track, it will help others stay on track. And, ultimately it will increase the overall positivity of your environment.
