Andi Lynn has been coaching clients and teaching classes since 2010. Her passion and enthusiasm comes from her caring heart and from experiencing how exercise and nutrition impact so much more than just our physical health. She understands how it affects mental health, relationships, productivity, work, confidence, emotional resilience. Andi Lynn is especially good with women and young ladies who want to become strong, lean and capable. She specializes in teaching proper form for lifting, customizing programs, and teaching clients how to eat healthy in a way that is sustainable. Andi Lynn holds various certifications.
